Questions we hear a lot
No. The upload page works in any phone browser — iPhone, Android, anything with a camera. Guests scan the QR code, tap Upload, and pick their photos. That's it.
12 months with Scan & Share, 24 months with Signature and Premium. Plenty of time to download everything — and if you need longer, just ask and we'll extend it.
Yes — videos as well as photos. Catching the speeches, the first dance, and all the moments a photographer can't be everywhere for is exactly what we're for.
Only you can view and browse the album. Guests can upload their own photos and videos with the QR code or link, but they can't see anyone else's — there's no public gallery and no search, so your wedding stays private.
Anytime. Uploads keep their original quality, and you can download photos one by one or all at once.
Just ask — we'll remove any photo for you, usually within the day.
Cards and prints are designed and made by us in Ottawa and ship the same week you order — Signature and Premium include printed table cards, and Scan & Share includes a printable template you can print anywhere. Table cards arrive flat and ready to set out; stickers peel and stick.
Usually, yes — just ask. Because we print everything ourselves, we can often turn orders around in a couple of days when you're up against a deadline.
Absolutely — it's the same flow, just more cards. Most events are covered by the cards in your package, and extra printed cards and stickers can be added for big galas and 100+ guest celebrations. Tell us your headcount in the form and we'll size it up.
